Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients with behavioral health needs.
• Assess physical and behavioral health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• 1 year of nursing experience required
• Behavioral Health or Psychiatric experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess and respond to both physical and behavioral health needs
• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Active PA Registered Nurse license
• BLS/CPR required
• De-escalation and restraint certification preferred
• Ability to administer medications and maintain accurate patient records
• Experience with patient admission/discharge processes
