Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week), Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with one weekly late shift (12:00–8:00 pm) plus rotating weekends, holidays, and on‑call coverage.
Earn $40.70/hour plus mileage reimbursement
Position Details
The Registered Nurse plays a pivotal role in our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team serving Washington and Greene Counties, supporting rehabilitation, treatment, and crisis intervention under clinical supervision. This position requires regular travel throughout Washington and Greene Counties to visit mental health consumers in their homes and community settings. Responsibilities encompass delivering person-centered services, coordinating treatment activities, providing supportive interventions, and facilitating skill development.
As part of the ACT team, the Registered Nurse assists psychiatrists in administrative tasks, ensures the flow of medical information, and provides medication education and management to clients. The nurse will spend their time in the field, directly interacting with consumers in their homes, traveling, and documenting their work.
